Update

I have a ATI wounder tv card and it locks up when whatch
tv microsoft says that there is an update but it is not
listed it says that you must contact microsft to get the
update but i cant figure out how to contact them so i
would like to know if anyone has the update

Go back to that MSKB article and click the link that states:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;[LN];CNTACTMS

And you will be taken to a page where you can send an email or call
Microsoft technical support on the telephone. Tell them that you are
experiencing the problem described in article 817589 and will get the file
to you. There is no charge for these files that fix known bugs in XP.
