Outlook Express will not receive email

I did a complete backup of OE before I upgraded to XP. When I tried to do a complete restore from "outlook Express Freebie Backup" which is what I used to make the backup I got back my Mailboxes and address book but evidently something is incorrect with t
he identies as I can send an email but I can not receive one. I would appreciate help.

Contact the supplier of the Freebie Backup. Or, post in an Outlook Express
newsgroup where he hangs out.
