upgraded to XP, can't do online banking now

I upgraded to XP, now I can't do online banking because
the banking site gives me an error that says multiple
users are trying access this site by this computer. What
can I do to make my computer a one user computer.

Hi Babs,

Hit ctrl+shift+escape, are there other users listed on the "users" tab? If
so, click on each and log them off.
