RUNDLL Problem

I am running XP Professionl. Every minute I keep on
getting the following message "Error loading C:\program~1
\common~2\address~1\cnbabe.dll. I have tried to repair
the installation files by starting from the cd. That did
not help. I also removed some programs which I thought
could have caused the problem. No solution. Please let
me if you have had such experience and any suggestion
possible.

All help is appreciated.
