Import/Export Address Book in OE

I saved to a cd-rw, my favorites and exported my Outlook
Express Address Book to the same cd-rw. I was able to
install my favorites in the new computer (went from XP
Pro to XP Home) but am unable to import the Address
Book. When I try to open the file on the CD I get the
message "The Address Book file has been locked by
another application. Please close the other application
and try again later." To my knowledge, the address book
is the only thing open. If I go to Address Book and
attempt to import...the error message says "An error
occurred during the import process. The import process
could not be completed. I am mystified.

Copy it to the hard drive and remove the Read Only attribute.

The suggestion didn't work. I was able to open the file
in an old Win 98 machine.
