Old games in XP

Can someone please tell me if there are actually that many video games that
aren't compatible with Xp Pro? Seems that if they worked for 98se, then they
would work with Xp Pro. May need a driver or something, but I shouldn't have
any problems right? Thanks.

Some games have to be run in Win 95 or Win 98 Compatibility Mode. Command
and Conquer Red Alert will run, but the game speed is a little slow. I
haven't tried the Tomb Raider series. Some games that I have had good luck
with are, Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge, Unreal, Unreal Tournament 1 and 2,
Half-Life, and return to Castle Wolfinstein. Haven't tried every game I own,
but so far none have failed to run.
