Still having problems with receiving a fax

I followed the instructions on how to configure the fax. There was a posting on 1/23/04 that was answered with a link. I am still having the same problem. I can send a fax with no problem but I am unable to receive an incoming fax.

RC,
Make sure you're marked allowed to receive faxes. On the tool menu of you're
Console fax click the "configure fax" these are the settings for you're
computer. I think default allows you only to send faxes..
