you might also try these - ie
1/
clear history - ie
go start/network and internet connections/
go internet options/general - tab/
go history - section/
go - click on - clear history/
note
you can also adjust - 'days to keep pages in history'/
2/
now - you can also clear 'temp files and cookies' - ie
while on the 'same page' -
go to 'temp internet files' section just above 'history'/
go - click on - delete files/
go - click on - delete cookies/
go - click on - ok/
and
take it fr there
