keys on my vaio PCG-GRX 560 that have an additional
values like the j, k, l, m etc... only work when i hold
down the Fn key and then type. Otherwise the secondary
key value appears ex. if I type the "m" key without
holding the Fn key down then a "0" appears. How do I turn
down this off.
Thanks

Sounds like you have the NumPad lock on.
Look along the Fn keys at the top or maybe keys like near the Ctrl for a
secondary function named something like NumPad (or maybe NumLock). Often you
have to press the Fn key to get the secondary function (usually the label is
the same color as the secondary function labels). You should be able to
toggle the NumPad lock on/off.

What you're describing is similar to when the CapsLock key is engaged.
Turning off Caps Lock returns normal function. The same will hold true for a
function lock.

Someone should eventually come along that is familar with your Vaio model
but in the meantime look for a FnLk (Function Lock) key. My laptop has one
but it is a different brand than yours. Instead of a single key, your system
may require pressing a combination of keys to release the lock. Do you have
a manual somewhere?
