The problem may be because of your screen area size.
Try adjusting your display properties down a click
(Right click on a blank area of the desktop, then click 'properties' on the
menu. Click the 'settings' tab, and you should see a slider control. Slide
it to the right a notch.
(i.e. from 640x480 to 800x600 resolution for instance). Click 'apply' then
'OK'.
Hope this helps.

With the Works window open, click on the middle button to "restore down."
Then right click on the taskbar and choose Cascade Windows. This resets the
window dimensions to a generic default size. Then maximize Works.

Another method to try requires the Works window only to be open. Then right
click the taskbar and choose one of the Tile options.
