user accounts

my kids were on the computer and turned on/set up user
accounts,,, how do i turn user accounts all the way
off,,, this is used in a simple household setting and i
prefer the way it was before with no user accounts,,, all
help appreciated,,,

You must have ONE user account to use the machine!!!!

BTW, do NOT use the built-in Administrator account for daily use.
