Transferring Favorites & Emails

After creating an empty Windows file on desktop and
deselecting the Read ONly features for all files, trying
to import messages into OE gives error message that
program is running elsewhere and trying to import
Favorites into IE gives error message that file cannot be
found. Any help?

Did you export your favorites to a file, or did you just copy the
Favorites folder? If the latter then you can't use the import function
anyway, it only works on a file created when you exported them. Just
copy the old favorites to the current location.
