deleted Admin account

Shot myself in the foot and deleted Admin account, how do
I recover it?

You can't delete the Administrator Account. What you have deleted is a
USER called "Admin". If using Home, boot into safe mode. If Pro, press
Ctl-Alt-Del twice at the welcome screen.

BTW do NOT use the built-in Administrator Account for daily use. If it
goes belly up the ONLY way into your machine is a repair install of
windows.
