I upgraded from 98SE to XP Home and now the toolbar on the top for
Outlook Express is always missing when I start the program. I have to
right click and uncheck the toolbar(which is checked), close, then
right click and open customize again and check the toolbar which will
make the toolbar appear. Then the same thing at next start. The
toolbar is checked in the right click.customize, but it still never
shows.
Is there any repair function or maybe some trick reinstall to fix this
without a big deal?
