Only Admins can change settings?

I'm using MS Fax under XP Pro, and notice that I can't change any settings
(automatic pickup, etc.) unless I'm logged into an account with
administrator privileges. Is there any way around this, other than "run
as..."?

Also, is there a way that each user can have their own fax folder? All the
faxes show up regardless of user.
