Just upgraded from win95 to winxp. Office 2000 pro.
I'm having a tough time with the Office Shortcut Bar. I
have two folders, currently named SB1 and SB2 that I use
for the Shortcut Bar. Before that, they were Mikes and
Mikes1. Since the upgrade, when XP starts, I get an
error message saying that the Shortcut Bar must have at
least one menu in order to start and asks me if I want to
add a toolbar. I click yes, then browse to the folders,
where it tells me that the folder name is reserved and I
need to choose another name. When I rename the folders,
it works fine until I shut down. Then, when I restart, I
get the same thing all over again. I'd hate to have to
rename the folders every time I boot up. Anyone have any
ideas on how to make the Shortcut bar remember which
folders it's supposed to use? Is there a way to clear
the "reserved" names?
