Password

I'm running WinXP and have forgotten my login password, is
there anyway I can bypass this?

Boot the default administrator account and reset your
password. Should be able to either interrupt the Windows
loading at boot-up by pressing F8 or pressing ctrl/alt/del
twice on the log-in screen.
