To correct this annoying issue with Outlook Express, you
first will have to download and install the Internet
Explorer 6.1 Service Pack 1. Then after this is
installed, open your Outlook Express, Click on tools and
then options. You will now have a Security tab. On the
Secuirity page UNCHECK the box next to "Do not allow
attachments to be saved or opened that could potentionally
be a virus" Trust me on this one, I am an Internet Tech,
I answer this question all the time at work.
