(kelly) Change folders on start menu

I would like to add two new folders to my start menu
(Windows XP Pro).

I can not find away to add any more folders to be
displayed as menus on the start menu.

I had looked in this some time ago and I thought I found
something at Kelly's corner that would allow you to
replace "my music" and "my pictures" with the folder of
your choice. Now I can not find them, was I imagining
this?
