I am having some crazy problems but the instant support
won't answer. At first it worked and the support agent
was walking me though some step to try to fix the problem,
but since then I have sent messages, it says they sent
them, but no one answers. I am wondering if somehow I
disconnected it.

Hi Joyce,
Who's instant support? That would be something your manufacturer supplied,
not Microsoft. If you are confident that your connection is working
properly, I'd suggest calling them (your system manufacturer).
