Bootable disk. Will any DOS disk do, ie WIN98 Startup disk.
Also I am getting and error maessage when I bootup. It says cannot fine

Create a startup disk in XP. Put a floppy in, right click your A drive, and
select to format and create system files.
You will then be able to boot from this floppy - put the bios file and flash
utility on the same floppy, and you can run it from there - just follow the
instructions supplied for the bios . Be very careful, ie make sure you have
the correct bios for your particular motherboard and there are no storms
close by :).
