PLEASE HELP!

I downloaded a game off of a website onto my hard drive. inside the game folder there are 2 different files. the first one is a bin file. the second one is a cue file. when i click on them, it asks me what program i want to use to open the file. do i need
to have a ceratin kind of program to extract the files or something? any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance, Shawn.

What you have is CD image. You normally do not use any program to open
them.You have to use a CD burning program, like Nero, to create a CD out of
the image.

I dont understand, so i burn it to a cd, and then put the cd in the computer, and it will auto run? or am i screwed. please respond someone.

Your warez copy of the game is needing to be burned to CD as an IMAGE.
Look on some hacker/warez sites for help.
At least I don;t know of any games you download in bin/cue format legally..

Does the game run if you try to play it from the start programs menu? If you
r-click and check the properties, what do you get?

Those may be internal files for the game itself.

Hi, it is not on the start menu because I cant even install it.

Is it a legitimate download? If not, take Shenan's excellent advice. If
that's the case, get ride of it via add remove if you can or find all
instances of it and delete the files. Run your AV and all anti spyware
utilities you have and don't download crap like that in the future.

not installed them. Since you cannot install .bin and cue files, only use
them to create a CD, they would not be in the start menu, and there would be
no listing in add remove programs.

Spinner, when you are dealing with pirated, hacked or other illegal SW, you
may wind up with anything. That is why I suggested all the AV and stuff.

Actually you asked him if it ran from the start menu, and then told him to
uninstall it using add remove programs. Both of these are not correct.
Also, don't be so fast to jump to conclusions and start calling someone a
pirate.
There have been sites in the past, so I am sure there must be some now, that
used to sell games online. After you paid using a credit card they sent you
the download link and the registration information. There are also a great
many free games that you can also download images of (Battlecruiser 3000 for
example).
What the OP asked was what to do with the files. Your answers did not even
touch on the subject.

These are images for a CD. You need to use a Burning program to wqrite
the image to a CD-ROM. Make sure you burn the "Image" rather then just
copy the cue/bin to the disk.

After burnign the cue.bin to a CD. you should be able to install the
program as you would any program you get on a CD.
