View Full Version : Setting Views Question

Is it possible to set up the views for the entire system, or does each
window have to be set up on its own?

When I open My Computer or My Documents, I would like for all the windows to
be set up the same way using the same options (example: icons>type>show in
groups). And when I want to set one up differently, THEN I will make the
changes for that window.

Am I asking for the moon here?:)

Thanks.

David

Set folder the way you want it, then
Tools, Folder options, View, and click the apply to all folders button.
You can still set individual folders to other views afterwards if you like.
