windows xp pro upgrade

I need to upgrade 22 clients from win98 to xp pro.
know of any cost breaks, other than what i see on
webstores.
Is this a smooth upgrade? Dell dimension pc's is the
hardware.

No cost breaks from Microsoft unless you license 250 clients.
