I'm trying to delete my user accounts. I am getting the
following error message: "Could not complete the
operation due to error 80070402." What do i do

How are you doing this? You must be logged on as an Administrator.

Try going to Start/Run, type: control userpasswords2 and press OK.

Delete the accounts from there.
