I was wondering how users change themes in Windows XP. I want to be able to customize the toolbar (i.e. not use the green/silver/blue that are there, but my own color), as well as change fonts and pictures. Sounds aren't all that important, but would be
a nice addition. I know about 3rd party programs like StyleXP, Logon Loader, etc. (changing the logon and boot screens would also be nice, but boot screens aren't necessary, although logon screens that match the theme on my laptop would be great!). Is th
ere a way to do it without those programs? Is there a fairly easy way to change these items without 3rd party programs?
If anyone can help, that would be great.
Thank you,
