Hi all

My computer justs shuts down on its own.
it doesn't give any warning or any messages, it justs shuts down

i have sygate personal firewall installed
spybot and ad-aware are also installed
i checked for spywares and viruses.. there aren't any

a few months back i had the same problem and i changed my power supply.
is it causing overheating? how can i stop it?
i upgraded it to 400 W

any sugesstions?
