When I right click on a link and click on "open in new
window" I alway's get a small window. I have re-sized it
to full screen with the maximize button and by stretching
it from the right lower-hand side, and neither works in
keeping it that size when I open another. When I was
using Windows ME there was place in the settings i
believe that you could fix that problem, as well as
adjust how quickly the window would open. Is that still
there somewhere?

The size of a new IE window will always be the size of the last window
closed for that application. However, if the last window you close is
maximized, and its restored size is small, then it counts as being small for
non-maximized windows. So, what you can do is stretch out one window as you
like, close EVERY other IE window excpet for that one, and then close that
one. New windows should be that size from now on, until you change it again.
