Roger,

I don't have an answer. This started happening on my
mother's computer this afternoon while surfing the net.
This message appears, the warning is given, and the
countdown begins. The notebook shuts itself down, the
screen goes dark, then the computer reboots. I am
completely mystified. It's like some stranger is
controlling the computer. Meanwhile, you cannot use the
internet. I can think of no reason for this bizarre
behavior. What can I do to stop this from happening? Can
anybody help?
