Has anyone had this message to appear about 6 minutes after bootup? How can I fix this? TIA

Your computer appears to have been infected by a nasty new worm.
To remove the worm, please read the instructions provided below:

you can prevent your computer from shutting down by clicking Start / Run.
Type SHUTDOWN -A. Click OK.

Mike Kolitz, MVP has information on his website with the instructions
on what to do if you encounter this new Worm.

*Warning*
Installing the Windows Update patch for this vulnerability will not remove
the worm from an infected system This will only protect you from any new
infections.

Follow the instructions here.
