This is probably a totally dumb question....BUT...I don't
know the answer so:
When I type a query in say yahoo search, it stays in the
history of that search engine. How do I "clear" it from
my computer? I know how to clear history/files/cookies
and such, but haven't figured out how to clear the search
engine file. In other words everytime I go back to
search another query those previous queries are still
there, some of them I would like to remove. So......is
there an easy way to do this? If someone can reply to me
I would appreciate it:

When you do your clean up, also click delete files and delete all offline
content the click on the CONTENT tab and then click on AUTOCOMPLETE. Then
click on clear forms.

You should now have a system cleared of those previous queries as well as an
emptied temporary internet files folder.

I do this at least once a week.
