Microsoft Windows XP - 831938 Patch

I'm looking for this patch, but I don't wan tto have to contact Microsoft
and go through teh hassle of trying to find it. Does anyone have it, or a
link to it, which they could send me? BElow is the description of the
patch:

You need to call Microsoft.
Tell them you are calling about a hotfix and give the number.
You will not be charged and you will not even be asked for a credit
card number.
There is no "hassle of trying to find it" since you already know the
Knowledge Base number.
