Can't see System Information

[LDA]

"System Information" under Start-All Programs-Accessories-System Tools
doesn't display a window at all. Is there a fix for this? I'm running XP
SP1. Thanks in advance.

[LDA]

It didn't work. Not only does the sysinfo32 not work, my "Help and Support"
is 'broken', too. Is there a fix for that?
