When I log on to the internet( Charter Cable connection) I
get Remote Procedure Call and shut down in 60 seconds.
Charter says to get patch from Microsoft. Can I get this
patch on disk or floppy? Cannot stay connected to internet
long enough to download anything.

I read that you need to disconnect from the net and go to
task manager open Processes and end the "MSBLAST.EXE"
then seach for "msblast.exe" delete all files. Restart
your computer
