windows xp crash

A friend at work said her computer has windows xp and she
lost all info on it.did not have recoverycd or backup
file.Help please!!!

If you lost everything you lost everything and you had no backup their is
nothing you an do.

She needs to take the computer to a knowledgeable technician who may
repeat may be able to run some data recovery tools on the hard drive.

That is provided the hard drive has not actually failed completely.
