Windowsxp crash

A friend of mine at work said she lost all info on her
computer that runs windowsxp. She did not have recovery
cd or backup her files. Her computer does nothing. Can
you help? Thanks

If you lost everything you lost everything and you had no backup their is
nothing you an do. Reinstall Windows.
