When i reinstalled windows, it only added a partition.
When i startup my comp it gives me two choices for
windows. I only want the first one in my computer. So
how do i remove the second one considering its taking up
like 5 gigs.

Under the control panel, you can go to administrative tools and then
computer management. Here, you can change around your hard drives and
partitions. However, if you want to merge the two, you will need to use a
third party utility such as Partition Magic. As for removing the boot
options, go into the system control panel applet, advanced, startup, and
edit the boot.ini to remove the reference to the second operating system
installation.

It didn't add a partition - it installed in a dual boot configuration.
