I NEED HELP, QUICK!

I am in college and have an online class. When I am
logged on for a few mins my computer will pop up this box
that reads "System shutdown". It says that windows must
shutdown. It also says that it is initated by NT
Authority System and the RPC, Remote Procedure Call. I
need help fixing this, is it my internet service or my
computer? THanks a lot!!
