I am going to attempt to put in another hard drive; so I
want to backup the system. I go to accessories, tools,
backup. I get my computer and then I click drive A, I get
a message to put in a floopy I do, I get an action that
has From Drive A to Drive A. At this point I can go no
farther.

Thanking you in advance DON

Sorry, I do not understand.
Sounds as if you are trying to backup your hard disk to A: drive?
Is this correct?
If so you need a few 1000 floppy disks to do that.
Instead get a CDR/RW drive instead. Floppies are no good these days...
