32 Bit Windows run on Pentium processors.
64 bit Windows run on latest Itanium processors.
64 bit computers are mainly used for high end servers NOT desktops.
64 bit means that it can access a lot more memory than 32 bit ones,
we talking terrabytes here (12 0s).

Wrong. 64 bit means that it processes information in 64 instead of 32 bit
'chunks'. The memory is a secondary factor - it is not the primary
difference.
