Microsoft provides a conversion utility on the Windows XP CD. Look under
i386\win9xmig\fax\awdvstub.exe. Run it with no command line arguments to get its
options. Use the /c command-line switch to convert an AWD file to a TIFF file.
If you want to run Awdvstub.exe from your local machine, rather than from the CD,
you'll also need to copy Faxtiff.dll.
