2 questions really.
First, I am fascinated with the abundance of knowledge
available from this site. I am trying to use
the "Search" feature for different topics to see if maybe
there is already an answer to questions that I have.
When I enter the subject, and search, and click on an
entry, the review box at the bottom does not have much
room, even if I squeeze the reply window .. it doesn't
show the FULL message and there is no active slide bar on
the side to scroll down.
How do I see the entire message ?
Second, I have a large amount of Favorites that I have
accumulated. I have tried to save them to a CD, which
was successful, however it shows the entire CD (a 700 MB
type) as filled up, only with 300 kb total of Favorites
listings at 1 kb apiece. Shouldn't I be able to get more
onto such a large CD?
Sshould I compress them first, and save them, and open
the compressed files when needed? Also, with backing up
certain programs to floppy disks, can I compress them and
store more on the floppy and then uncompress them and
reload if necessary.
Also, one further question ... how do I "cross post" to
send a message to different subject listings?
