Windows shutting down after 60 seconds of being opened

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could help me with this
particular problem. Everytime I start up my computer and
log-on after about a few minutes I get a message that
reads

Initiated by NTAUTHORITY/SYSTEM
Service terminated unexpectedly
Message restart because RPC (Remote Procedure Call)

PLEASE HELP!!!
