All this started AFTER clicking on the Mcafee Virus scan
software that came with the Dell, as dell told me to
start it, and at the same time I downloaded that patch
for the problem lots of people are having with the
computer shutting down. that NT\ Authority System message
(yes I went into RUN-cmd and did what I needed to there.
I did as I was told, but have new problems, could it be
that patch or the Mccafee software drivers?
Thanks, Tracy
