Usually when i would highlight an image, under details it
would tell me the resolution. An usually, i could right
click any image and just go to "set as desktop wallpaper"
to make it my wallpaper. But lately, these to features
have dissapeared. I have every one of the windows xp
patches. Does anyone know why the features went away?

Ron,
Have you installed any third party imaging applications lately? (Digital
Image Pro, Paint Shop Pro, etc) It sounds like some of your registry
settings got changed or corrupted. Try the following:
1. open a command window (type cmd at a Start Run dialog)
2. in the command window type "regsvr32 /u shimgvw.dll" (no quotes)
3. in the command window now type "regsvr32 shimgvw.dll" (no quotes)
Let me know if that worked,
