You can't !!
Change the file system on that drive to NTFS, as anyone with a sane mind
would do.

Use NTFS as your file system. FAT32 only supports files up to 4GB. The
only limit on file sizes for NTFS is the size of the volume.

Hi,

Convert to NTFS. This is a limitation of the FAT32 file system, not the
software or the operating system. There is no workaround.

Please read this on converting.

Others have already said you need to convert to NTFS, however take care if
your system came with XP installed by an OEM. Sometimes the recovery disc
they provide only works if your filing system is FAT32. Check with them
first.

It is a fundamental limitation of FAT 32 that its largest file must have
a length that fits into 32 bits: 4 GB in binary measure; 4294 million in
decimal
For bigger files you *have* to use NTFS - and note that many programs
will have a 4GB limit inbuilt: or even only 2GB
