My computer will not boot. It is having a problem with
the msvcrt.dll file. My error message states: "The
procedure entry point _resetstkoflw could not be located
in the dynamic link library Msvcrt.dll. Msvcrt.dll could
not be located."

I found a knowledge base article
(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-
us;324762&Product=winxp) and am able to follow the
directions, but when I get to
expand msvcrt.dl_ BootDriveLetter:\windows\system32

I get a message that access is denied. I did log in as
administrator. My BootDriveLetter: is C:

Is there anything else I can do to make it boot?

Thank you,
Wendy
