Microsoft Frontpage 98 with Window XP Small Business

I am trying to develop a web site using FrontPage98, I am
on a computer that has Windows XP small Business.

I have the web site saved in front page and can go in and
edit it in front page... Not sure if the bottons at the
top that will go from page to page is done right, but I
will work on that later on... my problem now is when I
tell Front Page to Publish what I have save it gives me an
error..... this is what it says

cannot creat directory
"C:\program filr\microsoft frontpage\version3.0
\temp\upload\cgi-bin\feedback\"\image\image\cgi-
bin\feedback\"\image\image\cgi-
bin\feedback\"\image\image\cgi-bin\feedback\"\image\image

can anyone help??? Please...

You might try the news group; msnews.microsoft.com,
microsoft.public.frontpage.programming. They are the people for Front Page.
