I up graded from 98 windows to XP Home Edition.I can not
install my 2003 Norton Personal Firewall on my
computer.It seems to install but at the end I see a roll
back and you are back to the first of CD asking if you
want to install it.

XP has a firewall built in.

there is usually an explanation of why it is doing this..did you notice
anything like that?
