>Hi Len,
You can actually remove the items from the Start menu by
clicking Start, then right click on the item to remove
and selecting Delete. Or you can right click on the task
bar, select Properties, Start menu tab, Customize, then
find Start menu in the listing. From there, you can
delete items that you do not wish to see. However, since
you are also seeing the items in control panel, there are
registry entries that were added when the software was
installed. These can be removed manually from the
registry, but if you haven't done this before, you may
wish to call support for assistance. The other
alternative as you mentioned is reinstalling the software
and using the uninstall choices.
